In August, 2004 my two boys, ages 8 and
9, and I did a fully-organized day trip with Ray Kohlruss as our
professional guide. I was impressed with Ray's safe roomy boat,
equipment, patient teaching, and relaxed manner. Pictures were taken of
each of us with a fish out of our many catch and release. This topped
off a great day made thoroughly enjoyable by Ray. Thanks!

The experience that my father and I had with you in Early September
for a day trip on the Athabasca River was by far the fishing
experience of our life! The entire day was outstanding from your
guiding knowledge, equipment, great company and a constant flow of
fish in the boat! I couldn’t picture a fishing trip without you, the
bar has been set too high to go it alone! We are already looking at
dates for this coming year as my father plans to visit from Ontario
